Here is a small report in pictures on the reassembly of a 250 VTR...
After dismantling, once all the parts have been thoroughly cleaned, inspected and replaced (for those damaged: front disc, a water hose, a fuse and a bulb as well as air and oil filters), the reassembly can begin.
As always with a complete overhaul, this is the most enjoyable and interesting part of the job.
Although it would have been more logical to start by grafting the engine into the frame and then adding all the other elements, I preferred to start with the rear loop because I wanted to favor the correct installation of the electrical harness which is a complex on this machine. It is a personal choice but not decisive in this reassembly.
