The general conditions of sale apply for any purchase made on our website or on site between the MOTOTRUST Company .net and any natural or legal person.
Orders:
Any order placed on our site is confirmed by email with tracking information. shipping.
It is imperative to fill in all the fields requested when ordering.
Payment can be made either by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, other electronic payment systems (Bizum for example).
All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment.
Shipping:
The transport costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated on the website for each item, according to its weight or volumetric weight ratio, the destination (country, home delivery or relay point).

Our used parts:
These parts from damaged motorcycles or used are carefully checked when dismantling the motorcycle and then cleaned. On the website, for each second-hand item, a detailed description accompanied by detailed photos specifies the condition of the part.
Non-compliant parts are sorted and recycled.
MOTOTRUST.net does not make any loan of parts to help troubleshoot. All electrical parts are therefore not included.
The motors are sold as described in the advertisement with or without accessories. Engines in good working order are guaranteed for 6 months exclusively if fitted by professionals on presentation of an invoice. The warranty applies excluding consumables. In the event of damage, the professional must submit a detailed estimate to us and cannot under any circumstances intervene without our agreement.
The other parts are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of receipt. Thus, any defective part will either be replaced or refunded if we do not have another in stock.
New parts:
We distribute new motorcycle parts and accessories from different manufacturers. For these parts the one-year warranty applies except for the batteries (6-month warranty).
The technical parts are guaranteed for 1 year if fitted by a professional on presentation of an invoice.
The warranty takes into account charge the exchange of the part by the same or an identical one from another brand of the same value or refund of this one if the exchange is not possible.
The guarantee does not apply within following cases: incorrect assembly, unsuitable use, non-compliance with the assembly instructions, damage to assembly and use in competition or training on private roads (circuit and off-road terrain).
The coverage of the warranty requires return to its original packaging with the copy of the purchase invoice.
Certain new and used parts designed to improve the performance of the vehicle are reserved for use on private land or during competitions. Under no circumstances may these parts be fitted to vehicles intended for road use.
Used motorcycles:
Sold motorcycles revised are guaranteed for 6 months. This six-month warranty only applies to the mechanical part. Wear parts and consumables are not subject to the warranty.
Motorcycles sold as unrevised and some overhauled are not guaranteed when clearly stated in the advertisement. These are motorcycles that require repair and / or benefit from a particularly attractive price excluding a guarantee commitment. The customer validates it by signing the invoice and may in no case demand recourse for any reason whatsoever.
Product availability:
According to the article of the consumer code L.121-20-3, in the event of unavailability of the product, the customer can ask to be delivered an article of quality and e price equivalent to that ordered within the limits of available stocks. The customer can also request the total or partial cancellation of his order with reimbursement thereof.
Returns of goods:
The customer has a period of 30 days of withdrawal from the delivery of the order to return or exchange the item.
Used products must be returned in their closed packaging, in the same condition as departure from our company and not mounted on the motorcycle.
Used electrical parts are not taken back for any reason.
However, all electrical values for each part will be communicated on request before the sale.
The return of new parts is made in the original packaging, unopened, unused and compliant for resale.
All orders for new personalized parts will not be taken back.
In the event of an order error on your part or if the product is not suitable, in accordance with article L.120-20, the customer can return the item within 30 days of receipt of order. All postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the article will be refunded.
In no case MOTOTRUST.net can not be responsible for the loss or deterioration of a return.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Regarding orders on the website, the price displayed when ordering is valid.
