Shipping

The shipping costs of products sold through the internet store are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated on the site for each item in the validation phase of the purchase, depending on its weight or volumetric weight ratio and its destination (country, home delivery or relay point).
The group purchase of several items on the same order results in a calculation of shipping costs depending on the overall weight of this order.

The times announced are usually those noted but we are not responsible for any delay coming from the carrier directly or from economic circumstances (bad weather, restrictions for health reasons, ...).

We ship to France, Spain and all over the world using the the services of the various carriers available or the services of local post offices.

It is important that the destination coordinates are as precise as possible in order to properly orient the package towards its end customer. Otherwise, MOTOTRUST.net will invoice any reshipment of a parcel returned to it due to the wrong address provided or the customer not collecting an overdue parcel.
In the event of cancellation of the order from the customer and following the return of the package, only the contents of the order will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refundable except in the event of a defect or failure of the product sold.

The processing and delivery of orders to the carrier takes place within 24 hours working days (weekends and public holidays are therefore not taken into account) after payment of the order by the customer.
The delivery time varies according to the terms of the carrier and the economic conditions mentioned above.

All our used products are available in stock and the vast majority of them are sent from our warehouse in Spain. The average intra-europe delivery time is 5 to 10 days.
New products, with exceptions immediately available, are sent directly from the depots of our suppliers. The average delivery time noted is 3 weeks, sometimes only 2 for those from Asia and 5 to 10 days for those from other European countries.
