Product Refund

Following the purchase of his product, the customer has 30 days after receipt to return it to us (see section "Retour de produit ").
Used electrical components (CDI / ECU, alternators, rectifiers, stators, coils) will not be returned or refunded.

Upon our receipt of the defective or non-conforming product and after examination of non-misuse or deterioration thereof , we will make a bank transfer or Paypal at the customer's convenience and within 48 hours in order to fully reimburse the product and the return costs incurred to return the said product to us.

If the customer cancels his purchase or returns his product within 30 days for dissatisfaction, the costs of sending and returning the product remain his responsibility and are therefore not refundable.
However, e n case of failure or malfunction of the product, the shipping and return costs will be reimbursed.
A proven improper use of the product excludes this clause in the event of failure or malfunction.
